This website is operated by Sunset Kastos, reachable at [email protected]. We are the data controller for information collected through sunsetkastos.gr. This policy will be updated when our legal entity is formally registered.

Contact enquiries — when you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message content.
Why we collect it
Analytics — only with your explicit consent, to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.
Contact data — to respond to your enquiry about our villas (legitimate interest / pre-contractual basis).
Who we share data with
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under their data processing terms. We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any other third parties. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Analytics data — 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default retention period).
Contact enquiries — up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to how we process your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer)
